Shortest Speech By Former CEO of Coca Cola - Bryan Dyson

Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. They are Work, Family, Health, Friends, and Spirit and you are keeping all of these in the air.

You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls - Family, Health, Friends, and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged, or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it.

Work efficiently during office hours and leave on time. Give the required time for your family, friends, and have proper rest.

VALUE HAS A VALUE ONLY IF ITS VALUE IS VALUED

Eclairs

An éclair is a pastry made with choux dough filled with a cream and topped with icing.
The dough, which is the same as that used for profiterole, is piped into an oblong shape with a pastry bag and baked until it is crisp and hollow inside. Once cool, the pastry then is filled with a coffee- or chocolate-flavored pastry cream (crème pâtissière), custard, whipped cream, or chiboust cream; and iced with fondant icing. Other fillings include pistachio and rum-flavored custard, fruit-flavored fillings, or chestnut purée. The icing is sometimes caramel, in which case the dessert may be called a bâton de Jacob.

The origin of the Recipe it self is actually from France. Some food historians speculate that éclairs were first made by Antonin Carême (1784–1833), the famous French chef. In Indonesia, the country in which I came from, Eclair is very popular with the name of "Kue Sus". It is predicted that Eclair was first introduced to the Indonesian by the Dutch.

5. Bake in a 200 degree Celsius preheated oven for 20minutes.

6. Take out and cool it down. After being cooled, cut the middle of the puff to put the cream inside.

How To Make The Cream:

Roll Cake Fiesta

20:44 Handini Audita 0 Comments

Aloha...!!!!!

Begin to start February 2012 with fabulous beginning. After finishing exams, my passion of baking rises during after exams break. One of the most delicious cake I have ever made is my ROLL CAKE...!!!!!!

Roll Cake itself has many names. Some called it roll cake. Some called it Swiss Roll. Some also called it Jell'o because sometimes people put Jam (Jelly) for the fillings. Here, I would share my recipe for the Roll Cake. It's very simple to make, and not expensive at all.

What makes the Roll Cake so much fun is that you can modify any flavors you like according to your preference and mood. Anything you like. Vanilla, coffee, strawberry, pineapple, blueberry, apricot, and many other flavors. It is worth a try to make...

Ingredients For The Cake:
4 Egg white + 30gr Sugar + Little Salt (Mixture A)
3 Egg Yolk + 10gr Sugar (Mixture B)
35gr Oil
20gr Milk
1 table spoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 tea spoon Baking Powder + 40gr Self Raising Flour + 10gr Cornstarch (Flour Mixture)

Ingredients For The Cream:
200ml Double Cream
17gr Sugar

How To Make The Cake:
1. Mix all "Mixture A" with High Speed Mixer until the mixture is thick and creamy.

2. With a different bowl, mix all "Mixture B" with medium speed until the color is pale and the sugar has mixed perfectly.

3. Mix oil, milk, and Vanilla essence to the "Mixture B" with low speed.

4. After mixed perfectly, add the shifted "Flour Mixture" to "Mixture B". Mix together manually with whisk.

5. After the mixture is mixed, add "Mixture A" to the "Mixture B" one spoon at a time.

6. When all is mixed together, put the mixture to a square baking tray that has been given baking paper in it. Pre-heat the oven in 200 degree Celsius. Put in the oven for 10 minutes only. Do not overcooked the cake.

7. After 10 minutes. Take the cake out from the oven. Leave them to cool for about 5 minutes.

8. After being cooled, flip the cake above a new baking paper. Take out the old baking paper. Then roll the cake. Leave to cool again. This step is to make the shape of the roll cake before putting cream or jam inside it.

How To Make The Cream:
Simply mix the cold double cream and sugar with a high speed mixture until it is thick and stiff.

Last Step:
1. Open the rolled cake. Spread the Cream evenly inside it.

2. Roll the cake again.

3. Cover the cake with the baking paper and make sure the roll is tight enough.

4. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving the Roll Cake.

There you have it..! Your home made Roll Cake....

Bon Appetit...^^

The Elephant House

23:29 Handini Audita 0 Comments

On my last post about my new year celebration in Edinburgh, I wrote a little bit about the coffee shop where JK>Rowling wrote her phenomenal book, Harry Potter. The coffee shop was so memorable for me. Not just because of JK.Rowling, but the experience received in from this coffee shop was fabulous. The spirit attached in this coffee shop that gives such positive energy from every slurp of the coffee was wonderful. I just cannot stop to be thinking about it.

It will not be called "The Elephant House" if it is not filled with elephant decoration. I love the ethnic and unique decorations of elephants available in this coffee shop. Representing love, caring, and passion, elephants are the perfect figure of animals to be presented. This coffee shop have wonderful elephant decorations from paintings, porcelain, wood carving, until drawings. I also love the lighting in this coffee shop. It gives warmness to the cold feeling in Edinburgh. It makes us feel happy to be inside this coffee shop. It makes us willing to enjoy hours and hours inside this coffee shop.

One of the things that amazed me so much is their ability to engage with their customers. They appreciate every customers in a warn and friendly manner. One of the beautiful engagement that they conduct is when they put drawings of elephants that are created by their customers. I love to see how creative people are drawing elephants representing their imagination of elephants. It was cute, wonderful, and adorable.

Another special thing about this coffee shop is the strong icon of JK.Rowling. It is said that The Elephant House was the place where JK.Rowling wrote her book of Harry Potter. I do believe that this place does not only inspire JK.Rowling to write her book, but it also inspires many other writers to write their books. At least it successfully inspires me to make a wishful new year resolution to publish my own book with my name written as the author.

I love everything in this coffee shop...

The Spirit, The Joy, The Atmosphere, The View, and The Experience..

Thank you The Elephant House..

I surely will return to visit you again some time in the future..

NEW YEAR AT EDINBURGH

21:46 Handini Audita 0 Comments

New Year has come with new opportunity, new challenges, and new chance. Having the opportunity to experience the transition between years, almost everyone in the world celebrate this moment in each of their unique ways. This year I have the opportunity to celebrate new year eve at Scotland capital city, Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

My friends and I started our trip from Buchanan Bus Station Glasgow on 31st December 2011 at 15:00. There was 11 of us going on a trip to Edinburgh for New Year. The trip from Glasgow to Edinburgh took approximately 1 hour by bus.

THE ELEPHANT HOUSE:

Before the New Year event started, we came to visit one of the most popular coffee shop in Edinburgh. It is called "The Elephant House". To reach this coffee shop it took about 30 minutes walk from the Edinburgh bus station. This coffee shop is so cozy. The food and drinks were not that expensive also. For a cup of Cappuccino, it only cost GBP 2.75. The taste of the coffee was also just like any other ordinary coffee sold in ordinary coffee shop even though the coffee shop itself was extra ordinary. It was delicious and it was worthed!

But then, why is it so popular? Well the one and only reason was perhaps it's because it was the place where JK.Rowling wrote her book of Harry Potter. The popularity of this book made this coffee shop becomes very popular also. Entering this coffee shop was like MAGIC. I don't know weather this feeling is attached because I know that JK.Rowling was here writing the most phenomenon book called Harry Potter, or is it this place that creates it's own magical atmosphere?

On the entrance, we can see lot's of beautiful elephants decorations. From paintings to decorative porcelain, everything is very elephant. The lighting of this coffee shop is also wonderful. Not too dark nor too bright. It gives the deep feeling of coziness and comfort. Most importantly, we can get a wonderful view of the Edinburgh castle from this coffee shop. I now understand where JK.Rowling receive such a great magical inspiration resulting Harry Potter.

Here we ordered coffee to drinks and to fill our self with caffeine since we will stay up all night long. We chat and make new year resolution in this coffee shop. We were hoping that the resolution made in this coffee shop will result such magical result in the end. For my resolution, I wanted to have at least one book published in 2012 having my self written as the author of the book. I do hope that I can achieved this resolution. I must...

We stayed at the coffee shop until it is closed. At 22:00 where the coffee shop is closing, we took a walk to the Edinburgh Castle to see the firework.

HOGMANAY EDINBURGH:

Hogmanay is a Scottish word meaning the last day of the year. It has the synonym of celebrating the last day of the year (new year eve party). The Hogmanay Party in Edinburgh is one of the most popular event in Scotland. In Edinburgh itself, there was the Street Party and the Keilidh Party. For the street party, we have to pay GBP 15. For the Keilidh Party, we have to pay GBP 35. Since we don't want to pay any money for the party (typical Indonesian Student LOL), we decided to celebrate the new year in a "no cost" way. So we gather near the Edinburgh castle just to see the fire work playing.

When we arrived in the castle, there were not many people waiting in the castle. Perhaps it's because we arrived too early for the celebration. It doesn't matter though since we're able to be in the first row to see the fire work. The only thing that matter is the freezing temperature and the hard wind that were blowing. To eliminate our feeling of tiredness and coldness, we were singing and eating like crazy. It actually works to warm us up a bit..:D

As time passes by, more and more people were coming to the Edinburgh Castle. The place that were cold, becomes warmer as more people enter the street of Edinburgh Castle. The street becomes very crowded as it becomes closer to the transition of the year between 2011 and 2012. Many people from different countries, race, religion, and ethnicity comes together in peace to celebrate the New Year together with the love of humanism.

Finally, the countdown started. As the countdown ends with "zero", beautiful fireworks started playing. Everybody was cheering for the beauty of the firework and the new spirit of entering a new beginning in 2012. The firework last for approximately 6 minutes. As the firework ended, there we are in a new year with brand new spirit. Everyone was cheering with Joy.. Everyone was congratulating for the new year.

A New Year...
A New Beginning..
A New Opportunity...
A New Challenge...
A New Spirit...
A New Chance...

Happy New Year Everyone...

Hope everyone for a wonderful year in 2012 filled with blessings and joy...

First Post Of The Year

21:10 Handini Audita 1 Comments

Hei Everyone... Happy New Year to all of you..
Finally we have reached the end of 2011 and prepared to be ready for new opportunities, challenges, and chances to conquer 2012.

My first post in 2012 is dedicated to my mom and dad.

On 1st January 2012 was my mom and dad 22nd anniversary. Every year we celebrate this day together but since I lived far away from home now, I cannot be there for the anniversary party. Anyway, geographical distance and time differences surely cannot constraints me to give them an anniversary gift showing my biggest love for them. I made a small video for them. I know I am not a professional singer, but I just wanted to deliver my love for them through this song.

This song is very special for me. It suits so much for the eternal love that I received from my parents. It gives a picture of how they play the role in my life.

Thank you so much for everything..

I am everything I am.. Because you loved me..

For my Eternal Love...
My Mom and My Dad...
